Welcome to the 2023 USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships - Day 4

By: Laura Rice  December 08, 2023

TGIF! Today was action-packed, with the always popular Singlespeed races capping off the day. The Collegiate and Non-Championship Team Relay events showed the crowds how hard you can go in a single lap. And all of our Master Women, like Stacy Barbossa, put on an amazing show.

Below is important information for Saturday's racing.

Important Info for Saturday, December 9th

The gate by the Tennis Center will close 15 minutes after the course practice has finished at the end of each day. If you are in the venue after that, please use the Team Parking exit located north of the Tennis Center to leave the venue.

In addition, Stars and Stripes jerseys cannot be worn in competition at this event.

Riders, as a reminder, you must keep both hands on your handlebars during racing per rule 1I1(k). Riders cannot use the "puppy paw" position during racing.

The bike wash for Team Parking is located near the entrance to Team Parking. Washing is not allowed within team parking or adjacent to the course.

We're expecting strong winds overnight Friday into Saturday. If you have a tent in Team Parking, please ensure that you securely fasten your tent at Joe Creason Park before leaving on Friday.

Please be mindful of pedestrians and spectators as you ride around the venue. There have been some close calls, and we want to ensure that everyone stays safe and enjoys their time at #CXNats.

Please remember to adhere to the posted practice times. Elite racers must wear their UCI practice band to access black course features during UCI practice times.
